The Direction for the Future

What is the vision and direction of the ministry for the future? Let me answer that by saying, “one of the most frustrating situations that can take place during counseling is to ‘know’ the solution to the problem presented to you, yet not have the solution available to you.” There are many times when there are no means to assist some groups - teenagers with behavioral problems, women and children who face tremendous financial challenges due to the loss of the husband/father through death or divorce, couples struggling to repair a damaged relationship or family. That is very hard for a counselor to accept.

We can provide the necessary individual, family, or marital counseling, but at times there is a need to give them something more than just counseling. Because of this “need” for something extra. I truly feel God leading Pathway to go further than just providing counseling services.

Our vision is to provide four unique counseling settings, which will support and build upon each other for the purpose of healing the individuals and families in need. The vision is for four counseling setting that support the mission of Pathway - to provide affordable Christ-centered counseling to everyone who calls the ministry for help.
